WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE PROMOTION RUN?

Promotion Period

The promotion starts on 27 April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (NZST) on 24 May 2026, or while stocks last.

Where will the Promotion Run?

This promotion is available at selected Woolworths NZ physical stores and via the Woolworths NZ online shop. For online purchases, the promotion will be geotargeted to align with the locations of the selected physical stores (Participating Stores).

·       Mainland Grated Cheese Tasty, 375g

·       Mainland Cheese Grated Tasty Light, 375g

·       Mainland Grated Cheese Edam, 400g

·       Mainland Grated Cheese Colby, 400

·       Mainland Parmesan Cheese Grated, 200g

How to Participate

To participate in this Promotion, the customer must, during the Promotion Period, buy, in one transaction, two or more Participating Products from a Participating Store (Qualifying Purchase).

Each Qualifying Purchase transaction submitted in accordance with the above will entitle the customer to one Gift with Purchase item (GWP).

The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove or to introduce further products from the “Participating Products” during the Promotional Period. 

Online Redemption

Consumers shopping online at a Participating Store may opt to add a GWP to their basket during checkout with any Qualifying Purchase. The dish will be delivered with their online order, subject to availability and applicable delivery terms.

All other terms and conditions of the promotion apply equally to in-store and online purchases.

Proof of Purchase Requirements

You may need to retain your original itemised receipt/s to verify your eligibility to claim the GWP (Proof of Purchase).

What are the Entry Limits?

You may participate in this promotion multiple times, provided that each entry is accompanied by a separate Qualifying Purchase.

Important note: each Proof of Purchase is valid for one GWP, regardless of the number of Participating Products purchased in the transaction.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE DETAILS

GWP Details

Eligible customers will receive one Mainland square dish valued at approximately $25.

Prize Terms

The gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Limit of one gift per Qualifying Purchase unless otherwise stated.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the GWP with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

By participating in this Promotion, the customer agrees to:

a)     Comply with these Terms and Conditions; and

b)     Provide accurate information or Proof of Purchase when requested; and

c)     Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading conduct.

Any misuse of the Promotion may result in disqualification.

VERIFICATION & DELIVERY

Verification Requirements

Customers may be required to:

a)     provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify their entry (Proof of Identity).  Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion; and

b)     send their Proof of Purchase (for all entries submitted during the Entry Period) to the Promoter on request to verify that the relevant prize should be awarded.

If an entrant/winner fails to provide Proof of Identity and/or Proof of Purchase by the time and date stipulated by the Promoter, their entry/prize claim will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.

PRIZE CLAIM DETAILS

GWP Claim

Customers will be instructed how to claim their prize at each Participating Store.

GWP Claim Deadline

Customers must claim their prize in-store at the time of their Qualifying Purchase. Any claims made after the time of transaction will be ineligible.

Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify any entry or individual (including any GWP winner) who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with the terms and conditions, breaches these terms and conditions, or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct which is unlawful, improper, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter or Promotion.

GENERAL

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding this promotion, the decision of the Promoter will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Cancellation

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion.

Liability and Risk

The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a GWP, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

Woolworths and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Mainland dishes (Gift With Purchase) for the Promotion in-store.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
