This one is a mind-bender and a tastebud tingler. Imagine the most delicious Caesar salad as a dip, spiked with chicken and bacon and with spears of pita bread for ripping and dipping. A sure-fire winner for your next party or family gathering.

Ingredients

Dip

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Anchor Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Mainland Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

To serve

  • 4 slices streaky bacon, cooked and finely chopped
  • 400g chicken tenders, grilled and roughly chopped
  • 4 pita breads, toasted and thinly sliced
  1. Place all the dip ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix until well combined. 
  2. Set aside for 1 hour to let the flavours mingle.
  3. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and scatter the chopped chicken and crispy bacon over the top. 
  4. Serve with toasted pita slices on the side and dive in!
