Ingredients
Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Anchor Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mainland Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
To serve
- 4 slices streaky bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- 400g chicken tenders, grilled and roughly chopped
- 4 pita breads, toasted and thinly sliced
- Place all the dip ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
- Set aside for 1 hour to let the flavours mingle.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and scatter the chopped chicken and crispy bacon over the top.
- Serve with toasted pita slices on the side and dive in!
