Pizza spring rolls, yep you read that right! Spring roll pastry filled with peperoni, pizza sauce and our super stretchy Mainland Mozzarella, all made in the air fryer for speed and convenience.

Ingredients

  • 1 x Air fryer
  • 20 sheets of spring roll pastry, defrosted. (found in the freezer section of your supermarket)
  • 20 slices of peperoni salami
  • 2 cups your fav pizza sauce
  • 1 x packet grated Mainland Mozzarella

To serve

  •  Pesto sauce for dipping 
  1. Begin by placing a sheet of the spring roll pastry on a board, in a diamond shape. (keep the rest covered so they don’t dry out)
  2. Then place a slice of peperoni in the very bottom corner, add a dollop of pizza sauce on to the peperoni, then top with a good pinch of Mainland mozzarella.
  3. Then take the bottom edge, roll it up and over the salami, tucking it all in tightly as you go, until your halfway up the spring roll pastry. Then tuck in the corners from left- and right-hand side, then finish rolling into the lovely spring roll shape, brushing the final tip with a little oil to seal it all up. Set to one side and repeat until you’ve used up all the pastry.
  4. Cook them in an air fryer at 180 °C for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before tucking in.
